*About the Client*
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a focus on K-12 and higher education projects to join their team in the Cincinnati Metro Area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing all phases of commercial and education construction projects, including both ground-up builds and renovations.
*Job Description*
- Provide leadership and oversight for assigned project staff to ensure project objectives are met.
- Review budgets and project documentation with the project team to confirm accuracy and completeness, developing project schedules, logistics plans, and other necessary deliverables.
- Complete the project buyout process within the approved timeline, negotiating cost and scope of work for all subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Monitor and control construction progress through collaboration with the Project Manager, ensuring the project remains on schedule and within budget.
- Proactively identify and address potentially serious issues, implementing corrective measures as needed.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage all aspects of K-12 projects, including schedules, budgets, and profitability, through comprehensive project completion.
- Collaborative mindset, working closely with the Project Manager to develop, refine, and update project schedules to ensure milestones are met and tracked.
