As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead mixed-use projects and uphold their standard of excellence in construction.

*Job Description*

  • Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of mixed-use construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources while collaborating with design and construction teams.
  • Coordinating and leading meetings with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned on project objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and local authorities to foster collaboration and project success.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications throughout the construction process.
  • Monitoring project progress, addressing issues proactively, and making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
  • Managing contract negotiations, change orders, and RFIs, and ensuring all project documentation is maintained accurately.
  • Overseeing project financials, including tracking costs and forecasting to ensure profitability.

*The Ideal Candidate*

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically in Mixed-Use Construction.
  • Proven experience managing projects valued at $5M or more.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, costing, and scheduling.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on team success and client satisfaction.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
