*Job Description*
- Assist the Superintendent and project managers in overseeing mixed-use construction projects from groundbreaking to project completion
- Manage daily site operations, including supervising trades, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring site cleanliness and organization
- Support the coordination and scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers to meet critical project timelines and milestones
- Enforce job site safety by adhering to OSHA standards and company-specific safety protocols
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to maintain the highest quality standards, swiftly addressing on-site issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate records of job site activities, including daily reports, safety inspections, and documentation of any project changes
- Contribute to project close-out activities, such as punch list resolution, final inspections, and site demobilization
*Ideal Candidate*
- 3+ years of experience in construction, preferably in mixed-use, residential, or commercial projects
- Familiarity with ground-up construction and the ability to support all phases of the build process
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external subcontractors
- OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain) with a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment
- Experience assisting on projects valued at $10M or more is preferred
